Dell on Wednesday teased its second Android-powered tablet, and when we say tease we mean it. Aside from CEO Michael Dell announcing the 7" Android-powered tablet during his keynote address at Oracle Open World in San Francisco, there was nothing else detailed about the tablet. It's unclear, for example, which version of Android the device will get. There were no dates, pricing, or even specs or a name for the device noted.
